AMF600-V 全自动成型机能自动完成肉的充填、成型、输出等工序，可以与上浆机、上粉机、油炸机、蒸煮机、速冻机、包装机连成熟食全自动生产线。采用四螺杆送料，减少对原料的剪切，具有产量高，质量稳定的特点。产品更换方便、快捷、定量准确，有效控制生产成本。有多种模具可供选择。适用于肉类，禽类，鱼、虾等水产品，土豆、薯类或蔬菜的成型。不仅适用于糜类原料，更适用于各类块状产品的成型。可生产汉堡饼、鸡块、鸡柳、鱼排等产品。产品切开后呈现出肉块状，肉的真实感强，易得到消费者的认可，满足市场的需求。
